Usage Policy

When you acquire a prompt from PrompTicket (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our marketplace"), you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual license to use the prompt for any lawful purpose, subject to the following exceptions:

- You may not use the prompt for any activities that are harmful, illegal, or malicious in nature.

- You may not directly resell, redistribute, or transfer the prompt.

We retain the right to terminate your license to use a prompt in the event of any violation of these usage restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All prompts available on our marketplace are the intellectual property of their respective creators. By purchasing or using the prompts, you acknowledge and agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights or claims to the prompts. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the prompts does not violate or infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

User Content and Conduct

- By submitting content to our marketplace, you affirm that you possess the requisite rights to do so and that your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third parties. You bear sole responsibility for the content you submit and the ensuing consequences of its dissemination.

- By using our marketplace, you hereby undertake not to partake in any activities that may be harmful, harassing, offensive, or infringe upon the rights of others. We retain the exclusive right to remove any content or suspend or terminate user accounts at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for violations of these guidelines.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The contents and the prompts available for purchase are provided "as is" and without any warranties, either express or implied and we disclaim all warranties. We shall not be held liable, under any circumstances, for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our marketplace or any prompts procured through our marketplace.

Indemnification

You shall agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our marketplace, its owners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected to your access to or use of our marketplace, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Modification of Terms of Use

We retain the right to revise or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. We specify the effective date of any revised or modified Terms of Use. It is your sole responsibility to regularly review these Terms of Use to stay informed of any changes or updates.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country or state in which our business is registered. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiations between the parties. In the event that amicable negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction for resolution.

Refund Policy

Once the prompt is purchased, all information contained in it will be considered compromised, and refunds for the prompt are not possible after payment. However, refunds will be allowed in cases where the prompt fails to function properly. In order to qualify for a refund, you must submit a formal request within 24 hours of your purchase, accompanied by a detailed explanation and evidence demonstrating that the prompt is not functioning. Upon receipt of your request, we will conduct a thorough review at our sole discretion to assess the validity of your claim. If your claim is deemed valid, we will proceed to process the refund, which will be issued within 5-10 business days. Please note that refunds will only be granted in accordance with our Refund Policy.
